These terms are for non-commercial work.For commercial terms and prices, please send an email.The Client must be 18 years or older to work with the Artist.
Pricing and ToS are for personal, non-commercial use works.
Commercial use must be discussed prior to confirming the order.
The Client will receive the full resolution of the finished file
along with a smaller resolution file with a watermark for public upload.Payment
Payment can be made through Square, Stripe, or Paypal.
Payment will only be requested when the Artist is ready to begin the Client's commission.
The Artist will send an invoice to the email associated with the agreed method.
The Client must pay in full within 48 hours of invoice being sent unless otherwise discussed.
Failure to pay will result in the Client losing their slot.Previews & Revisions
The Client will receive a sketch preview that must be approved before work may continue.
The Client may request revisions to be made at this time.
All revision requests must be sent in a single message and be comprehensive.
Once the Artist completes a revision, another preview will be sent for approval.
Up to five rounds of the revision process may be done for free.
If the Client requires more edits to be made, a fee of 5% will be charged
per each additional individual edit.
Mistakes made of the Artist’s fault will be made for free.Communication
Communication through the commission process must remain on topic, professional, and respectful.
The Client is welcome to check in on the progress of their request at any time,
however the Artist may not always be available to respond immediately.
It is recommended to allow up to 48 hours for a response before reaching out again.
While one form of communication should be used through the commission process,
if the Client does not receive a response from the Artist within a business week,
it is encouraged to reach out through other platforms.Rights
Artist’s rights
The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request.
The Artist retains all copyrights and moral rights to the finished artwork
The Artist does not claim any right to the Client’s character itself, only the artwork.
The Artist may reuse unapproved WIPs for future works.Client’s rights
The Client may upload the watermarked file to their personal galleries
The Client may not publicly upload the full resolution file.
The Client may use the artwork as an icon, banner, print for display,
or in other non-commercial ways.
The Client otherwise may not trace, claim, or commercially redistribute the final work.
The Client may not make edits to any file provided to them outside of banner and icon use.
The Client may not use the work in the minting or promotion of NFTs.
The Client may not use the work to train AI image generation
The Client must provide credit in the form of a link
back to the Artist’s gallery when publicly uploading any file.Private commissions are available at an additional 50% fee.
Rights exchange may be discussed at a higher licensing fee.Cancellations
If the Client cancels the commission, the refund policy is as follows
-Prior to any work being started, 100% refund will be given.
-After work has been started, a refund will be made based on the percentage
of work not yet completed.
-If the work has been completed, no refund will be provided.
If the Artist must cancel the commission, 100% refund will be given no matter
how much progress has been made.
The Artist reserves the right to cancel and refund for any reason,
and does not need to provide that reason.
If the Artist is unable to reach the client for at least a month and a reasonable
effort is made to do so, the Artist will cancel and fully refund the commission.
Refunds are to be issued by the Artist. Chargebacks and disputes will result
in the Client being blacklisted from further work.Violation of any or all of these terms will result in the Client being blacklisted from further work.
